Flexible Plywood Usage and Storage Features

Store the sheets in a flat, clean, shaded, and dry place. Flexible plywood pieces will retain their shape after being glued and dried. If laminate or veneer is to be bonded to the sheets, it can be applied while the panels are initially being shaped or after they have been shaped. Veneer or laminate should be bonded after the sheets have been given the desired shape, using adhesives such as contact adhesive. If desired, the veneer or laminate can be pressed together with the flexible plywood pieces. Bend the sheets several times before bonding. Any suitable wood adhesive can be used for bonding. The sheets must be transported on a flat surface. A single sheet may be transported rolled up, but it should not remain in that position for a long time. To allow the sheets to adapt to the conditions of their environment, they should be kept in the environment where they will be used for 24 hours before processing.
